Crust:
- 12 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Packages Gram Crackers
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
Strawberry Filling:
- 2 Pounds fresh Strawberries
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 2 Cups Water
Put the whole pie into the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. This will give all of it time to stiffen up. You can top with whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries, or eat it without a topping. Either way, it is sure to be a refreshing delight!
