In the fall of 2018 I finally came to the realization that I was lactose intolerant. It was a major life altering thing, but I have managed to figure it out. During a podcast I was asked what my biggest failure was and how it has changed me. It took some thinking but I realized it was becoming lactose intolerant out of the blue. Some may not see it as a failure since I had no control over it, but that's exactly what it was. My stomach decided to fail me in a category that used to be part of every meal I ate. I will admit, I still struggle with it. I just want to eat a cheese burger without having to run to a special grocery store to buy special cheese sometimes, but that's something that comes with major consequences unfortunately. But I didn't want to be defined by my "failure" so I found a different way to overcome it. I love cooking and spending time in the kitchen, so why not learn to create my own dairy free dishes?! Sure there's some trial and error involved, but y'all can leave that to me! Everything I post here will be field tested and guaranteed to meat your satisfaction! And if you don't like something, reach out and tell me, this is has already been my failure, lets learn from it and become better from it!

I will do my best to get back to you soon!
