In a large pot let diced tomatoes, tomato paste, minced garlic, water, and chili mix simmer while cooking your ground meat with onions.
When meat and onions are done cooking, add them to your pot of other ingredients. Bring pot to a rolling boil for 5 minutes and reduce to a simmer.
The chili is now ready to serve.
Crock Pot Cooking:
Cook ground meat and onions together.
Combine all contents with meat and onions in your crockpot.
Cook on low heat until your desired temperature is achieved. (This can slow cook all day while you are at work so supper is ready when you get back home.)
