Smoked Apple Crisp

Apple Filling:

• 6-9 apples sliced or cubed. (I used 2 granny smith and 4 gala)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. corn starch
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup whiskey

Top Crumble: (Mix all together in a bowl)

• 8 Tbsp. butter
• 1 cup flower
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup granola
• 1/4 cup maple syrup

Assembly And Cooking:

• Mix all of your filling ingredients together in a single pan and place on the smoker at 350*.
• Once this thickens up pour this into your pie crust.
• Evenly place your crumble on top and put onto the over at 450*.
• Pull from the smoker after 30 minutes.
• Top with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
